yep. it helped both of understand what my body was doing and what would happen and what the hospital protocol was so we were educated and ready to make the decisions we needed to

I'm expecting number 4 and took the class with baby number 1. it is not necessary or worth the money and time at all.. trust me..

I have taken two. The first was worthless. The lady kept describing labor as "pressure" and not pain. The class thought she was a joke, so it was hard to get anything out of it, even though I really wanted to. So after baby #1, I took another class before baby #2. That teacher and the whole class were amazing! We made friends, we learned stuff about before, during, and after labor. I wish I still lived there so I could take it again.

Took one with my first, was kind of a waste of time. Will be taking the breastfeeding class though.

I took one with my first and it was really worth it they taught us pain management techniques and I feel like it really helped my husband understand what I’m going through
