For those who are 37 weeks plus, what are you doing to induce labor naturally? If anything?

I did a big uphill walk and the next morning my son was born 😂

A family friend who was a midwife told me to have sex - semen ripens the cervix.

we hen I walk too much I get contractions .. so I can see how that can induce labor honestly .

i tried everything with my son, all it did was make me tired and really sore. sex works to softeb the cervix, everything else ONLY WORKS if baby is ready to come out. nothing will work if baby isnt ready.

I've tried everything, everything... Except castor oil. Nothing works. I'm 100% certain baby #7 will be induced just like the other ones 💔😤😭

Walking will only really work if your cervix is already dilating. if your closed your just getting exercise. I hear the medicine ball works too to open up your hips.

My goal is to go to full term. I'm not too uncomfortable, and baby boy seems pretty comfy in there. The longer I go, the longer I can work, and the better off we will be for my maternity leave 😂 But, if I do go over, I have a plan lol

With my first I curb walked and bounced on my ball and I went into labor the next day.  I don't have an exercise ball this time around and we don't really have curbs in this neighborhood so I'm just waiting.
