If you have had ovarian cysts or ovarian cancer please read!!

I'm gonna begin with giving you the background info that I'm 15 and I got my first period at 12 so I'm pretty in tune with how I *think* things should be going.

Alright I'll try to be quick with this, mainly I'm trying to figure out if I have an ovarian cyst or if I should push to get the tests to see if I have cancer. I know ovarian cancer is rare in girls as young as me, but it still happens and I have the symptoms. My appetite has changed drastically to the point where I can go a day or two without eating, and when I do eat I feel full much quicker. I've had increased discharge, which I'm not used to but my pediatrician said it's not anything to worry about. I also get lower pack pain as well as I'll have a sudden urgency to pee but there will be little amounts and I'll still feel like I have to go (i got tested for a uti and I don't have one) But what everyone seems to be concerned with is the cramping when I'm not on my period. It doesn't feel like pms cramps and I'm pretty sure I know what ovulation feels like and it doesn't feel like that either. It kinda ranges from a sort of pressure feeling, and sometimes it'll feel like someone is squeezing my ovary (but not a pinch which is what I'm pretty sure my ovulation feels like). It gets worse/more noticeable when I'm sitting/laying down. When I'm laying on my stomach there's a pressure like organs are pushing against each other, but I'll have an empty stomach. My pediatrician wants me to monitor it bc she thinks it's me feeling my ovulation but I'm 95% sure I have felt that before and this isn't the same feeling. If that's not it she wants me to get a pelvic ultra sound to see if it's ovarian cysts or something with my gallbladder. I don't want my parents to have to pay for the ultra sound if it's just an ovarian cyst that they can't do anything about, but I also don't want to wait until things get horrible and find out I have cancer. Please don't comment anything rude, I don't really get taken seriously when talking about this stuff but I know when something is wrong with my body. I'm just trying to figure out if I should get over these symptoms or if I should push for the ultra sound.

I'd also like to keep this anonymous so if you ask any questions I'll edit the post and respond, thanks!!!

{Edit #1} Thank you all so much for the positive responses!! I'm getting dull yet painful (just not necessarily sharp) cramps mostly on the left but sometimes on the right and if I'm laying down they can be in the middle. The beginning of this year gave me super bad cramps during my period, to the point of vomiting twice, but they've eased up. My parents seem to be getting annoyed with me talking about it, so I think I'm probably going to wait until after my next period to bring it back up unless the cramping gets worse. I appreciate everyone's responses❤️
