Is it normal to feel feverish / out of it when starting a new lifestyle/ diet? I’ve been eating healthier and a lot less for the past five days and I feel so sick, and I feel like when you know you’re about to get a fever or cold , and everything aches and you feel spaced out. People have told me it’s just my body getting used to a new drastic change , but how long will this feeling last? And what can I do to help it?
