Doctor is very concerned about my weight?

I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and he said I should be weighing a few more pounds and that he is a little concerned for my baby because of my weight. He said I need to gain at least a pound a week until my due date, if not two pounds on some weeks. I'm very concerned that I won't be able to do that and he is worried about the health of my baby if I can't step up my weight gain.

I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow and I am 111 lbs. I believe I was 119 with my first baby by this point.

Photo on the left is 32 weeks with my first and photo on the right is 32 weeks with my second. There is an 8 lb difference.

I recall my first doctor actually being a little concerned about my weight and was told both times that since I was underweight, I needed to gain 30-35 pounds. I gained 24, total, with my first and have gained 17 so far with this pregnancy. My first son came out weighing 7 lbs, 12 oz, so he was great!

I have always struggled with gaining and maintaining weight, long before I was pregnant. Most of my life, I have been underweight. I just don't get a proper appetite and if I try to force myself to eat, I will just throw up.

Has anyone found a way to gain weight with no appetite? Or does anyone know a good way to increase appetite? I don't want to hurt my baby because I can't put on enough weight for him.
