I had terrible back pain with my son, I could barley even put him In his crib because I couldn’t bend. Went and saw the chiropractor and I instantly could move without pain and went from not bending to touching my toes in minutes.

if you get the epadural yes I got one due to I needed a C-section six years ago in August and after that nothing but back pain my mom was the same way as well as my aunt

I know there are risks if you have an epidural or spinal tap. I had problems about 4 months after birth I was putting my son down on the bed and felt something pop, it was agony I passed out several times because of the pain and ended up going to hospital by ambulance. I’m not sure if this was linked to me having a spinal tap but I don’t usually have back problems.

It’s different for everyone. I already had a semi-bad back from work so it was a little harder for my body to adjust post pregnancy. I could function fairly normally, but my muscles would get tired and give out much quicker, thats when it got hard to hold my LO or hold myself up. I just got a waist trainer with lumbar support which helped give me the support to stand straight until i regained strength. Not to big a deal 🤷🏽‍♀️
