Camping with toddler?

I’ve been camping before but this will be my daughters first year. What are your must haves for camping with a 16 month old?

Answer

We made sure to bring his little push car and stroller. We ended up going for SO MANY walks. Other hot commodities on our trips have been beach towels, beach bucket with shovel set, swimsuit (where we go, there is a beach and a splash park), tons of sunscreen, his inflatable travel bed, and of course loads of snacks and water. We brought a bunch of toys we thought he’d like to play with on our week long trip, but he had a blast throwing rocks into the lake. Have fun!

Answer

Bring toys books and maybe a baby pool. Stroller of course and we have an umbrella that twists into the ground if we go to a beach. Otherwise the typical snacks, bug spray, sunscreen and appropriate clothing
