This is my life currently. I’m paying 1,100 for a one bedroom apartment which is fine. HOWEVER! if we only knew what we were getting ourselves into. 1 horrible management, I mean really it’s a joke. Pool closed every single day during the summer due to any little thing. Got a notice saying we can only have one person invited to swim with us per apartment and we needed a pass by the office. Because there were too many people in the pool.. take it they have it open five times during the summer so yes your residences want to have some fun in there and one building has 24 apartment which people live like rats.. our neighbors in the corner I’m pretty sure there’s 10 people living in there and they always stand smoking drinking and throwing beer cans and cigarettes on the floor by the door way into the apartments which you have to walk into the main door to enter your apartment you literally open your front door and you’re still inside the building ugh. When you’re in the building you get this smell like rotten ass did I mention a month into moving in here there was a murder scene in the laundry room which is shared. Yea no lie. Anyway you go into the apartment and you still get that nasty smell.. can’t vent it out because we have two windows a sliding door and a window in the room but... they both are facing the same way there’s no ventilation!! Our ac broke and they came to “fix” it... yea they told me the same story three tunes before the actual came and fixed it. Our water fluctuate to hot and cold went to complain they said they can’t do anything about it... it’s the building closet door broke I asked them to fix it they Instead called me laughing saying it was a funny story and they couldn’t come she continued to try and explain I said no nvm i got it... i was pregnant... guys if your still reading this this is the worse part... WE LIVE WITH ROACHES.. guys I now know more about roaches then the human race no lie did you know dish soap killed them and they are fucking cannibals.. this place is infested and they never came and sprayed the place they just put a strip of poisoning the counters... before they do this... they leave a letter saying to clean out all the cabinets and have them wiped down and clean nothing inside the kitchen area if that is not done they will not follow through with poison application.. which I can do in my fucking own.. talking about letters our water has been shut down for hours but they fail to leave a warning.. well this is my life but I found a new place!!! Unfortunately I’m getting rid of everything we have here and throwing it away. But it’s all worth it for a new beginning! Guys I can go on and on about this place it’s the worst. But I hope I can move on and NEVER look back!
