What should i pack in my hospital bag?

Everything i read online is so all over the place and filled with what seems to be so much unnecessary info or they turn it into a 20 page article and lbh, im not going to read anything super long and dragged out. So, what all do i actually need to pack for baby and myself? Dad wont be home for the birth, so its just me and baby.

if i were you, i'd ask what your hospital provides. generally they have nappies, blankets, just about everything baby needs. well at least they provided everything here where i live, even maternity pads & robes. 
all i had to bring was toiletries, breast pads and comfy clothes & socks. baby's clothes for coming home and car seat.

I haven’t had a baby yet, but I hear a lot of people say MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CHAPSTICK! 🤷🏼‍♀️ I guess we’re about to have some chapped lips! Haha!

My friend told me to pack what I normally use in my daily routine (hair ties, toothpaste, soap, etc), some adult diapers, and then going home clothes and car seat for baby. Our hospital provides the necessities for baby. She said make sure you do the adult diapers 😂

I wouldn’t worry much until about 30-35 weeks. Honestly, they give you so much it’s crazy. Just pack some things to do in case you have a long labor.
