Cant tell if Im actually sick or just pregnant
5 weeks 5 days and no morning sickness yet - at least not the infamous nausea or puking.
But i have never felt more like I want to lie on any vaguely horizontal surface and pass out, and anything I eat hurts my stomach and I've never, erm, had the runs this bad. what the hell? Is this related to pregnancy?
