This may be a dumb question, but is it possible to have a clogged milk duct this early and before birth?! Both breasts began lactating about 8 weeks ago, which I already thought was early, but my left breast leaks SO MUCH. To the point that I frequently have to change out a pad or it'll go through to my shirt. Anyways, the past 3 days, my left breast has been in a lot of pain. I describe it as stabbing and not completely constant. It comes and goes but stays around for awhile when it does come. This is my second child and with my first and I didn't (noticeably) lactate before she was born, at all. Just looking for some insight. :)
