She’s here 💕

My little princess arrived on July 28th 2018. She was a planned induction due to gestational diabetes. We were delivered at 39 weeks.

We arrived to the hospital at our planned time at 2:30 in the morning. We were checked in and taken to our room. Nerves were beyond able to hide at this point. This was my second baby but my children are 8 years apart.

At 4am my doctor and nurses began my induction. I was 2cm and 50% effaced so I only had to have pictocin for my induction. My contractions came fast within 30

Minutes of starting it.

At 10 am my doctor came in to check on me. I was 5cm 80% effaced. She broke my water.

My contractions came hard and intense after this. I received my epidural around 6cm and progressed very quickly after this. And by 3 I was ready to push. After 20 minutes of pushing my little one was born.
