Curious to know what type other mommies are taking?

Capsules are my favorite because you can break them open and pour the powder into water or juice if you’re having trouble swallowing. Plus they don’t have the fillers like regular pills. Gummies are usually missing key vitamins (like iron) so I’d stay away from them.

I take the pill because I just like to swallow it and get it over with. It doesn’t bother me long as I take it with food. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Vitafusion gummies are the only ones that don't make me nauseous.
