So my cramps are TERRIBLE and I can’t stand it anymore so I’m thinking about asking my mom if I can start birth control I’m just not sure if it actually helps with cramp pain sooooo help please???

It helped me a lot! My cramps were so bad i couldnt even get out of bed or walk and they completely went away when i started birth control.
