Nuba Ring Delay
i was supposed to take the ring out Friday night (3 days ago) but that didn’t happen and now it’s Monday 1AM . . . i’m thinking about just leaving it in a whole other week because i don’t want my period yet and i plan on having sex this weekend coming up . . . 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ ugh if i just took it out on time i wouldn’t be in this predicament 🤦🏽♀️😭 what’s harmful about leaving it in for longer than 3 weeks ?
