For some reason when I’m pregnant I get a bad stomach, some people get constipation but I get diarrhoea 🙄 lucky me aye. What can I do to help it 😩 is there anything safe that people take that’s in the same situation as me? Didn’t start till half way through with my 1st pregnancy, just couldn’t seem to eat anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ but started super early this time. And with nausea and trying to work and look after a 4 year old its a bit of a struggle 😭
