Adderall while pregnant

Has anyone had experience with this? I have my NCLEX coming up which will basically make or break my life. I take 30 mg/day but was told that 10-20mg here and there is perfectly okay, as some people take a low dose throughout their whole pregnancy. One doctor is okay with it and another isn’t.
