Hands going numb?

Anyone else experiencing tingling and numbness in your hands? No swelling. I’m almost 22 weeks. I’m just not sure what it is or what’s causing it...

My doctor advised me to call anytime tingling or numbness is being experienced. It could be caused by a number of things, normal or not.
