Like wringing out a wet towel - the towel being your uterus.

Tight, cramps, back pain. Almost like a pitch fork going into your stomach and turning like you would spaghetti on your fork.

At first I kept having cramps and thought I had to poop but every time I sat to try I just would sit there in pain. Eventually I realized oh crap these are contractions lol. They weren't too bad just a lot of pressure and cramping but as they got closer together it felt like I was being stabbed multiple times.

Worst period cramps ever. Mine started very lightly and it almost felt like tummy cramps, like I ate something that didn't agree with me and I needed to go to the bathroom... but I didnt...  they were contractions.

BH just felt like a tightening of the uterus... uncomfortable, but not painful. Contractions felt like period cramps... first still very manageable and later extremely powerful!

like super intense period cramps with the addition of my whole stomach tightening which made it feel like I couldn't breathe. Braxton hicks just feels like my whole stomach tightening and making it feel like I can't breathe.

Braxton to me felt like a Charlie horse across my stomach. When contractions started they were menstrual cramps that kept getting longer and stronger

i dont know if i ever had braxton hicks. i gave birth 37w1day but went into labor at 37 weeks. contractions for me were feeling like i was on fire llower abdomin and lower back plus then while the fire pain was happening itd feel like strong cramps, and it was lasting about 1-2 minutes and i had them 3-5 minutes apart. then when i got closer to being able to push the contractions were on top of each other. i had super super bad back labor.
