Hi new mom going nuts

My first doctors appointment is tomorrow, thank God, but I just wondered how many of y’all are experiencing cramping? Honestly it’s not bad enough to concern an ER visit or anything, but it feels pike constant menstrual cramps. And they have no stopped since I found out. It’s been consistent cramping with different levels of pain and discomfort.

Obviously I’m talking to my doctor tomorrow about this. But for temporary peace of mind at least, has anyone else experience this? I’m five weeks now
