Serious name dilemma!

I fell in love with the name Miles and the initials MJ before we found out we’re having a girl and I STILL love it. Baby was either going to be Miles J or Matthew J but obviously Matthew is completely out of the question. A little background - my husband is a J, I’m a K, and by TOTAL and utter coincidence our son is an L (we didn’t pick his name until he was born). We didn’t even realize it until 6 mo later when a friend mentioned it but now we absolutely love it!

Nothing sparks any interest or desire like this name. Absolutely. Nothing. I really feel like it’s THE name however, again we’re having a girl. I was thinking of doing a really girly J middle name to keep my MJ initials. Pleas help 😫 thoughts and suggestions are totally welcome!
