im so scared..
at my 11 week appointment I found out my baby had stopped growing and had no heart beat as of 8w 4d , I'm supposed to call today/Tuesday to schedule my d&c; . I started bleeding 2 days ago, I'm having really bad cramps and im pretty sure I'm miscarrying naturally, I passed a lumpy ball of tissue , and im just really confused and scared! someone please tell me what to expect and walk me through this. it was my first pregnancy. 💔😭
