So my son is now 8 months old, I thought things were easing up with new parent stress but BAM he hits me with the bomb... he’s stating the obvious though so I can’t be so surprised that we haven’t been the same and we are on that verge on total unhappiness if we don’t do something about it. He said he feels like our priorities are different, and he’s falling out of love with me. I can’t blame him entirely... I have changed and I haven’t been focusing on me at all. I don’t see how anyone could love me anymore but in any case we agreed on marriage counseling !! I’m such a sceptic about this but I feel like talking to someone can’t be all that bad !!

Anyone’s advice of counseling ? Anyone been through it ? Does it help or is it just a bandaid on the bigger issue of divorce ?
