These are NOT good at all. Guyno once told me it can cause vaginal infections (bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection) using a douche. It upsets the natural balance of bacteria in the vagina. It can also cause pelvic inflammatory disease (women who douche have a 73% higher risk). It can cause pregnancy complications and also cervical cancer (douching at least once a week has been linked to that). Guyno told me to use the RepHresh products.
