How often do you get a UTI?

I ALWAYS get UTI’s. Especially right after sex. It almost makes it unenjoyable for me because I’ve associated UTI pain with after sex so instant turn off 🙅🏼‍♀️🙅🏼‍♀️. Anyone else experience this? Has it affected your relationship and or sex life? Cranberry pills have been a good solution, I’m not a fan of having to keep taking antibiotics because It throws off my PH balance down there and leaves me prone to Yeast infection. Sorry if this is TMI everyone but I need to know I’m not the only lone soldier here 😭😭😭 besides cranberry pills has anyone else found anything useful?? Asking for me. 😅
