Differences

So my husband and I have been together for 10 years and married for 1. We are both in a mid 20s. I know we are still young and have time, but I'm ready for a baby. He says he wants kids, but he doesn't want to even start trying for another year yet, in my mind that means 2 more years before I'm a mom. I think he is scared he won't be a good dad, but he is amazing with our nieces and nephews. Anybody else had this problem? What did you do to change your SO mond?
