Weird lumps on my vagina

So I don’t wanna post a photo as it’s my private area😬 but st the top of my vagina (where the crack starts - only way to explain it) there is a spot, looks like an big white head that would get on your face, it’s very painful to the touch, also I have all these weird tiny little white lumps further down there’s about 9 of them? They aren’t painful, What does this sound like to you?
