Dying hair in first trimester?

I wanna get my hair done, its been sooo long lol! Some websites say it is ok to dye your hair a few times during pregnancy but others say it can be harmful. Please help!

You can dye your hair at any point as long as you are in a VERY WELL ventilated area. My hair dresser is pregnant and keeps ventilation going to keep her safe and dyes her at least once a month

They don't recommend permanent color on the scalp the first trimester. Ammonia free color is fine and color/bleach in foils or balayage highlights are ok since they don't touch the scalp
