First we needed to get our car repaired, cost us 730$. then damn Insurance is robbing us, were only 49$ from Meeting our deductible and at 20 week anatomy scan got billed 450 that insurance DIDN'T fucking help pick up their shit. Now find out our shed has termites, so currently doing an estimation! I just want to DIE! I'm 25.5 weeks pregnant with 2nd... I don't know how I can deal anymore in one week of this shit! I've had it with life only thing in thinking is suicide (not likely will)!  ranting here... Thank you All for showing love. we'll make through, slowly. 😘

Call the insurance company, find out why a portion of the bill wasn't covered, if the provider is balance billing you for a part of the bill that isn't allowed by insurance that's not legal. Don't just assume you have to pay it because they billed you.

Call your home owners insurance about the termite damage to the shed, they might cover that.

If the insurance bill does need to be paid you can ask if you can put “x” amount down like $225 (half the bill) and ask them if they would consider that “paid in full” or if not they may say if you do pay it in full there’s a percentage they can take off as a discount. And if not any of that, there’s always payment plans. And ALWAYS, AWAYS, ALWAYS ask your dr. Office If their referral drs are covered by your insurance AND if their procedures are as well. You can also ask your insurance company if the procedure was billed using the correct codes that would be covered. They may advise you to call the dr office to ask their billing department to change the codes to tweak it to where it will be covered.
And another tip for when you deliver, make sure to check with your hospital that their physicians, etc. are covered by your insurance and state up front before letting any dr touch you (so long as circumstances allow) that they must be covered under your insurance. Otherwise they won’t pay attention to that. They still get paid regardless. 
Prioritize. 
All of it doesn’t have to be paid at once. You can always see if you can make Payments on bills. 
Take care of higher interest rate bills first. See what can be put off longer without penalty, etc. 
If it causes you to get behind a little, it’s NOT the end of life. You CAN get out of it with a little diligence and discipline. Perhaps you’ll drown a little before surfacing, but it will pass.

For your vehicle, I would get a second opinion, and to help try and see what needs to be done urgently/first. I’ve had to do this several times when I’m in a pinch myself. As for your scan, I would ask the billing company to call you with details and call your health insurance. Possibly see if you can make a small payment to have that deductible met so the rest of that is covered. I definitely understand your stress and pain, the stress came down on me when I was on vacation and I came home to more shit! If you want to talk or vent, just let me know and send a message.
