Severe IUD cramps

I got the kyleena IUD (same as Mirena) about a month ago. I had cramps for the day I got it in, and little cramps here and there the few weeks after I got it in. For the past few days, I have had almost debilitating cramps. Like, not being able to perform daily activities. Whenever I exercise it seems to trigger it. It’s like someone is squeezing my uterus. I was really worried that something was wrong, but I just got my strings checked a few days ago and my gyno said everything looks fine. I just want to know if anyone else has had this and if it’s normal. I want to stick it out because I really think this is the best birth control for me, I just need to know that it’s going to get better!!
