Need some help

Its 11:08 pm for me and my SO and im 6 days late used a prego test and took prenatal and folic acid pills today

This is what i got from my prego test which is nothing and im not sure after that if i waited for more than a minute but i told a friend what my test did afterwards and she said its a evap line for which i made my test stay out longer than an hour and it did this

So i guess since i have a second prego test i will wait a week to test it again but thats what im not here to talk about... well maybe...

So for 2 days i felt slight headaches and for 3 days felt nauseous but lately im now feeling a shocking feeling on my lower abdomen..

Right where my index finger is pointing is where the shocking feeling is happening and im not sure what it means...

Can anyone help?
