Vertical gestational sac in transvaginal u/s?

Anyone ever have this? Looking at my u/s photos I noticed the sac was shaped differently then most I’ve seen...
I’ve already seen the heartbeat.
I’m 8w along***

How far along are you? 
Early on it is hard for the tech to get a perfect picture with the normal round shape. You would have noticed when they were doing the u/s that the tech was moving around a lot and pushing harder and softer. These slight movements can change the image on the screen. As long as the sac and baby measured at the right size than the shape shouldn’t be an issue 💜
