How to drop annoying friends?

I’m going to be a freshman in high school soon and I want to have different friends in high school. There is a girl that I do not want to be friends with anyone for so many reasons and if I find new people to be friends with, i know she will follow me and still try to hang out. How do I drop her?

slowly stop hanging out with her as much, stop talking to her as much at school and texting. She’ll probably catch on and y’all will become distant. It keeps away the drama.

I start distancing myself overtime. Unless if something bad really blown up, then I straight up end them

I don’t like just straight up ending friendships with people so I slowly start ignoring them until it’s like ’oh we just stopped talking’. So just start hanging out with other people and acting bland around her.
