I have anthem blue cross blue shield. Last week I started to use the glucose meter because of gestational diabetes. Found out yesterday that my insurance only covers the meter and lancets, but not the strips! What are they thinking?! Without insurance 50 strips cost $100. The second issue is I have requested for the breast pump for almost two weeks and anthem still hasn't responded to the provider. Not happy with them at all!
