Good lap top for a medical assistant

What would a good laptop be for medical assistant student? 60% of my classes will be online, all of my first semester is online actually and I want a good but cheap laptop as I have 3 kids. I was thinking about getting the HP - 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop. Would this be good? Thank you in advance ladies. 😘😘😘
