Pink type spotting

Hi all, I am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant had bloods and all so it's confirmed. Have period type cramps and also like discharge with pink type sporting - I've read it's normal but is it really doc said not to worry it's all good!! My pregnancy with my son was a hard one 4 scares during my pregnancy. I really need this one to be a bit on the smoother side - has anyone else ecpwrimaved these symptoms and been ok?
