Deciding on transfer with surgery complications

I have an arch surgery coming up for my foot. Bleh, this screws up my plans slightly to continue college. I just finished my final class at a community college and should get my degree soon. I want to get my bachelors but also gave this foot surgery coming right up, which will require me to have my foot elevated for the first 8-10 weeks. This is happening in December, so poopoo. I was thinking perhaps starting online with /classes. I’m unsure which affordable online colleges have a BA in English online? Please offer any insight. Thanks!
