Opinions on deleting social media?

My boyfriend and i have been dating for almost 2 years. We don’t really argue that much but when we do it’s always something surrounding social media. Over text i brought up how we should delete our social media because of a recent argument we had. He said he’d be more than willing to do so. Have any of you deleted all your social media? If so how has it changed you? If you haven’t, why not and what are your opinions on it?

We don’t have social media anymore & have not missed it. Best decision we ever made.

It’s gonna be hard at first but then you’ll realize everything you’ve missed, and see life’s way better when social media isn’t there. Social media has ruined a lot of relationships🤷🏼‍♀️🙄 unfortunately. Be thankful he is willing to delete it many people pick social media over real love life.

If it works for you guys and betters your relationship, then go for it. My boyfriend and I both have social media and it has never affected us or our relationship. My opinion is that if your partner wants to be unfaithful to you, then they’re going to find a way to do that no matter what.

My husband and I had similar issues and did delete. Not only do we not get pissy about it anymore, but it’s also nice to not be so worried about it all the time
