3 month old teething? Not sure....

My 3 month old has been drooling a ton, extra fussy, and has what to me looks like maybe a budding tooth? Or is it something else?

My son has the same thing in the exact same spots and my pedi said it was a cyst and that it is common for babies to get them and it does have the same symptoms as teething. I mean it still could be teeth coming in since we can’t see real up close in person but like I said my son has same thing and same symptoms but it’s a cyst.

3 month old teething? Not sure....
