Miscarriage?

My period started as spotting 2 days ago, today a heavy flow with lots of clots. Normally I don’t have clots. And my period isn’t supposed to be due until Thursday. So my question is, is it possible to have miscarried? With the cramps and clots I think so, I’ve had 2 already this year 😢 just unsure since my period was early.

you could just have a thicker lining. i had bleeding for 2 months because i did not ovulate then wham i did and blood. i needed BC to stop that.

Everyone gets clots. Take a pregnancy test. it'll still be positive if you were pregnant

I know, just hate to hear the news. Plus the cramping has stopped and the bleeding is lighter. So blood work isn’t going to show anything now.
