There’s this woman (can’t remember her name). But everyone used to fat-shame her and they asked her one day “How are you so confident in that body?” She told them that her body is here temple. She decorates it & makes it look beautiful because it’s sacred. So when I feel ugly, I do my hair, go shopping for something cute, work out, apply makeup or just stare in the mirror and look for small things that I love about myself. I like my eyebrows lol. Treat your body like your temple ❤️
