NAUSEA @ 5 WEEKS?!

Anyone experience nausea so early in their pregnancy? Any tips to get through it?

Oh girl i was nausea and vomiting from 5 weeks to 18 weeks and nothing i did helped..

Yep , mine started the day before I took my preg test .. I was 4weeks and I’m currently 38 and still get sick 🤦🏽‍♀️

Eating often helped me. Small items, like a fruit, chia seed bar or yogurt, not big meals. Also, ginger candy & ginger tea has been recommended. But not everyone likes ginger.

I think the best thing is to not let yourself get too hungry. That would make my nausea and vomiting worse.

pickle juice was my go to and it worked for Like a week, lol

They have pills your doctor can prescribe and search the internet... they have tea and gummy and all kinds of other stuff to help. I know the pills worked my first pregnancy andme my second pregnancy the pills slightly worked.
