how long will your partner be having off once you have given birth?

how long will your partner be having off once you have given birth? and will they be taking time off before you are due incase you end up going in to labour ? I am in my last week of pregnancy (second baby) first one came early at 35 weeks 4 days and with this one I have managed to get to 39 weeks but worried I'm gonna go in to labour

My hubby and I will both work up until I go into labor. 
I am taking 8 weeks, unpaid and I am a bookkeeper for a construction company.  
He is taking his last week of vacation, and works for the railroad. 
Too bad USA doesn’t have more liberal paid maternity leave policies in place...

SO gets two weeks from the day I go into labor. And he has ten more weeks he can spread out when he wants later on.

I'm due March so I think after my 6 weeks off, partner is going to take three weeks once I'm back at work. we can't afford any more :/

my husband and I both will be working up until my son is born. unless doctor says otherwise. my husband will be taking about a week off, unpaid. It's all we can afford and I will be on short term disability and only receive a portion of my salary while on leave.

My husband works away (12 hr drive or a 2 hr flight plus airport is over an hour away) I am due sept 18, and I less something changes he is planning to come home sept 15 for two weeks. I am really hoping that it works out that he isn’t home too early and wasting time and then doesn’t have any after baby is born. I’d rather him come the day before labour and be here as much as possible after. He doesn’t get paid anything so we can’t afford anymore then that. I was two weeks overdue wish our first, so that would really suck if that happened again this time around.

My husband will just take a week. my daughter was born on a Saturday so he had a week off once we got home from the hospital. I'm hoping this time around we have a Saturday or Sunday baby (I'm due on a Sunday)

My SO getting 6 weeks paid but he cant get any time off early. He has to wait till the baby is actually born. He will be calling in sick when I'm going into labor or I have to call his job so they can let him come if hes working.

My boyfriend took a week off once the baby was born. I was in labour for 4 days which started on a Wednesday night.. so he left work early on Thursday morning and didn’t go in Friday. I had her Sunday morning so technically he was off for a week and a half.

Mine will probably be able to take a week. Maybe. Once baby is born.  He can take off more if there's an emergency or whatever, but we can't afford for him to be off too long.
