Went to friends gender reveal and she was high...

I am a recovering heroine addict and so is she. I showed up early to help her set things up and she was sooooo high. I confronted her and her boyfriend and they came clean. They said they smoked to much crack in the early morning that they did heroine to calm themselves down. She was so under the influence that she could barely hold a conversation. I left before the party even really started because it was such a huge trigger to me and I’m 8 weeks. She’s 23 weeks and they admitted this wasn’t the first time. Is there anything I can do? Like if I report this will anything happen?
