I had skyla for 2 years and my period has been regular but now it's been spotty which is probably normal but I'm just not feeling like myself. I'm dizzy nauseated and have an extended abdomen even when I wake up after having no food. I am normally 120 but now I'm up to 130 but I have been scared to take a test. maybe I am just overreacting lol idk
