am i really stupid?

i was cuddling w my hub, and he said for us to go order a rice platter to go tomorrow. i said ok, and ask him what kind of asian food it is, viet, chinese, or lao. he got mad, called me a mother fucker, dumb fuck, fucking dumbass, fucking stupid. and push me off from cuddling him. he said it doesnt matter where its from. i said i know it doesnt matter, i was just trying to have a conversation w him. he said im so stupid, he doesnt want to talk to me cause i always bullshit. he told me to get away from him or else im gonna get my ass kick. later on, acting all lovey dovey like nothing ever happened. he said he was mad because i keep being stupid, by saying and asking stupid stuff that doesnt even make any sense. is he being ridiculous or i was being stupid? idk i feel like this isnt normal.
