Easy and delicious green salad

Trying to eat better now that you're pregnant? Don't really like salad but want to try making one? Or do you love salad already and wanna try my easy and delicious recipe?

Wanted to share this because this is the only healthy thing I've been into so far this pregnancy. Basil pesto pasta salad with lots of greens 😍

all you need is

- Pasta (I like Super Greens rotini)

- Spinach

- Arugala

- 1 Green Pepper

- Basil Pesto

- Grated Parmesan Cheese

The super green noodles are nice because they taste noodly but they apparently have a bunch of veggies also mixed in. I boil them for 8 minutes and rinse em with cold water. Plus they are neat because they are green! They are no necessary but it can make the salad huge (multiple servings = easy!) and it gives you something to fill you a little more.

Spinach is just always awesome. I wash it extra even though it says prewashed.

Arugala is SUPER important. Even if you don't think you like it is is PERFECT in this salad thanks to the nuttiness of basil pesto and paremsean cheese.

Cut up that green pepper into little pieces. Super refreshing and hydrading especially with the noodles.

Basil pesto - you can buy this stuff for like 4 bucks at the grocery store. sometimes hard to hunt down, either by the cheese or the sour cream. You could also make it, but I personally value time over money. This is the mostly important part, makes this salad TASTY.

Treat yourself with that awesome paremsean cheese. I like to have the cheese at the table in case I need to adjust.

And that's it! just gotta mix it all together! it keeps in the fridge for a few days too so you have have spontaneous salad any time. I never liked salad but I love noodles so that's why i came up with this recipe.
