advice please

long story short I was having pains and less movement and was admitted to the hospital.. had a speculum and got a positive for pre term labor, had to have 2 steroids injections ... I've been sent home and I'm still in agony and he's still not moving as much, my discharge is yellowy idk what else to do.. I'm 31+3
