With the first day of school around the corner, and watching my kids during the summer, I thought “what if my daughters school was all year?” She has forgotten a lot and even though I worked with her every day, it’s like in one ear and out the other. There would still be holiday breaks, and such, but teachers wouldn’t have to cram everything in to so many weeks, there wouldn’t be that stressful first month back to get kids back into the swing of school. And with my daughters school, we pay 11 months out of the year and she’s only in school for 9 months. I think it would be more beneficial to drop summer break..
