Id like some input from all you lovelys, i finally got going in the process of my sleeve, I originally was going to start my half sleeve from elbow up to shoulder BUT my little brother passed in November from suicide and as you can imagine it’s definitely the worst thing iv ever had to deal with in my life. So instead, i went for it and got my forearm done for him. Im doing my whole forearm and hand, and eventually probably the rest of my left arm. 2 days ago now i got the second portion to my piece. This is the first :

Valorous means fearless and gutsy, daredevil ect and i felt like it was the perfect word to describe him. And looks way better in a tattoo than “indomitable” 😂 now this is the second piece i just got the other day:

On the top and side of my forearm i got two kois really because i think they’re super beautiful fish but i also did some research and Buddhists believe they mean strength and determination which i thought was pretty cool

My predicament here is what should i do to fill in between? My hand is going to be a compass rose that has a lot of meaning to me. And we were going to do black and grey watercolor look around the fish. But i still have so much leftover room im not sure what to fill in with! Id really appreciate all and every response with some suggestions, nothing is crazy im pretty open minded as long as its not cartoons 😂🤷🏼‍♀️
